This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for donations, subscriptions, and digital services related to our community.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to High Rock Border Park Community (HRBPC) — including donations, subscriptions, and purchases of digital goods or services — are generally non-refundable.

Because HRBPC provides non-tangible, digital, and community-based services, we cannot guarantee refunds once a transaction is completed.

However, we may issue refunds in specific, limited situations as outlined in Section 3.

2. Donations

All donations made to HRBPC are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
Donations are used to support community operations, server expenses, and ongoing development.

By donating, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing a product or service and that no refunds will be provided except in cases of proven error or fraud.

3. Subscriptions and Memberships

3.1 Subscription Payments

All subscription fees (monthly or otherwise) are non-refundable once processed.

Subscriptions may provide access to exclusive community features, perks, or recognition roles.
If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the benefits until the end of your current billing cycle — no prorated refunds will be issued.

3.2 Billing Errors or Unauthorized Transactions

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • A duplicate payment or technical billing error occurred

  • An unauthorized transaction was verified by the payment processor

  • Required by applicable law

If any of these conditions apply, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Digital Products or Services

If HRBPC offers digital content (e.g., graphics, documents, or access passes), these items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Exceptions may apply if:

  • You received the wrong item or content due to a technical issue

  • The product was not delivered due to a verified system error

5. Refund Request Procedure

  • Your full name and email (if applicable)

  • Date and amount of the transaction

  • Description of the issue or reason for the request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.

6. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are handled securely through third-party processors such as PayPal, Stripe, or other verified providers.
HRBPC does not store or have direct access to your full payment details.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.

7. No Chargebacks

By making a payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting HRBPC to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks made without legitimate cause may result in account suspension or removal from the community.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of HRBPC’s website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
