Welcome to High Rock Border Park Community (HRBPC).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and community platforms, including donations, subscriptions, and membership participation.

By using our website or participating in HRBPC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. General Information

High Rock Border Park Community (HRBPC) is an independent gaming and roleplay community operating within Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC).
Our goal is to provide a professional, realistic, and respectful roleplay environment for all members.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, members, subscribers, and donors.

2. Eligibility

To participate in HRBPC or make payments through our website:

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or comply with your country’s minimum digital consent age).

  • You must have permission from a parent or guardian if under 18.

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration or payment.

3. Donations and Subscriptions

3.1 Donations

All donations made to HRBPC are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donations are used to support community expenses, development, hosting, and related improvements.

3.2 Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate payment information and understand that:

  • Subscriptions may grant access to exclusive features, perks, or roles within the community.

  • Subscription payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

  • HRBPC does not store your full payment details.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the steps provided by your payment provider.

4. Refund Policy

All payments, including donations and subscriptions, are final.
Refunds will only be issued in cases of:

  • Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment processor.

  • Legal requirements or billing errors.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

5. User Conduct

By joining or participating in HRBPC, you agree to:

  • Follow all community rules, roleplay regulations, and Discord guidelines.

  • Treat all members, staff, and guests with respect.

  • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Not misuse, exploit, or disrupt the website, payment systems, or services.

Violation of these terms or community rules may result in account suspension, removal from the community, or loss of perks without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, text, designs, logos, liveries, and media created for or by HRBPC are the intellectual property of High Rock Border Park Community and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant HRBPC a limited license to use it for community-related purposes (e.g., promotional materials, roleplay documentation, etc.).

7. Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe.
HRBPC does not collect or store your full payment details (e.g., card numbers).

By donating or subscribing, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

HRBPC and its leadership team are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions, technical issues, or server downtime.

  • Loss of access to perks or roles due to rule violations or Discord platform issues.

  • Third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors, Roblox, or Discord).

All services and content are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination of Access

HRBPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the website, community, or services at any time for violations of these Terms or community rules.
Termination may occur with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and protect your information.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
